Cottage Food Operation

Debra Sue’s Baked Goods operates under Florida’s Cottage Food Law. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.

Orders and Pickup

All orders are local pickup only. We do not offer shipping.

Pickup date, time, and location will be communicated after an order is placed. Customers are responsible for picking up orders at the agreed-upon time.

If you are unable to pick up your order as scheduled, please contact us as soon as possible.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through Wix and its payment providers. We do not store payment information.

Orders may require full payment at the time of ordering.

Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final. Cancellations, refunds, or changes may not be available once an order has been started.

Please contact us as soon as possible if there is an issue with your order.

Allergens

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and soy. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information and determining suitability for their needs.
